Looking back at the 2018 Parade Of Homes

  • Custom made kitchen Island with the family in mind.
  • Reclaim Brick in Traditional Herringbone Pattern
  • Homeowners can choose gas or wood burning with this stone fireplace.
  • Antique Dresser repurposed as bathroom vanity.

The Parade of Homes is a wonderful time to highlight quality builders in our area. We experienced a great turnout at the home we showcased last fall in the West Salem area. The beautiful 2,842 square foot ranch was unique to the homeowners wishes offering open views to their country property. Just a few of the characteristics that stand out are 15-foot-tall stone fireplace with live edge mantel which anchors 18-foot-tall reverse gable cathedral ceiling in the great room with a 20-foot-wide wall with floor to ceiling glass. Custom made kitchen island painted in SW Caviar Black with a quality granite top is a beautiful piece to center this open space. We were able to use a couple of antique pieces from the homeowner’s collection in the master bath. Here are a few pictures of this home with more in our photo gallery.

In coming posts, we will be highlighting the building process of this year’s Parade of Homes entry.
