Let's start with our 2020 Parade of Homes entries.
Our first entry is in the well-established Reserve at Valleyview Farms, Doylestown. The modern craftman ranch brings curb appeal to this corner lot with red siding. traditional window trim and stonework adds the perfect finish to the exterior.
Marsh Ridge allotment is the location of our second entry, this beautiful neighborhood on west side of Orrville has all the benefits of city services in a quiet setting. As you step into the two-story foyer you are welcomed by natural light and generous view of the great room, with its 11’ ceiling, custom built-ins surrounding stone gas fireplace. We have posted a few pictures of the interior in the carousel above.
We are head over heels with how this Modern Farmhouse came out. Modern twist to country farmhouse kitchen complete with ship lap accent wall, matte black hardware and lighting offsets the custom white cabinets. Cross Buck Design highlights the hickory island with white apron sink. Simple, yet functional layout for this open floor plan is quite inviting.
Cassa Di Sassi Ledgestone in Bella was chosen for exterior foundation. James Hardie Heartland White Board & Batten siding runs vertical, with Heartland White 5” double straight lap running horizontal, continuing with all white window trim. Shingles and metal roofing combine with traditional look of barn lighting give this home a finished look.
Below is a upclose look at their island, done in hickory with quartz countertop and apron sink.
